29. What will you pay?
This is how our charges are made up…
Deployment Charge
This is made to cover our costs to deploy the system to your company and is dependant upon time spent
and quality of data

This will depend entirely upon the amount of support you need, the level of which can be agreed at the
start of the contract
Changes to System
Bespoke changes to the system have a fixed development charge or £45 per man hour
30. Suck it and see!
If you are still unsure and wish to trial the system before finally
committing, we are happy to arrange a 30 day trial period for a small
number of users.
There is no charge for this trial period if you commit to taking the
licenses however if you do not choose to continue, we will agree to work
on a shared cost basis to be agreed beforehand.
