Identified within one month on the program that existing architecture for data collection system was limited and
captured less than 50 percent of targeted material fromthe Internet. Redesigned the collection systemand implemented
a request management system and a defect reporting system. Within three months the new system began to capture
data at approximately 100 percent. System was also designed to allow for scaling and growth past current demands.
Introduced new collection methodologies and tools allowing for a more systematic approach to a cumbersome and
