Presentatie van Merlijn van Hulst tijdens het Innovatiefestival van Socius (22 mei 2014). Best persons zijn mensen die opvallen en die het verschil maken. Ze opereren op het grensvlak tussen verschillende werelden en leggen een combinatie van ondernemerschap en betrokkenheid aan de dag. Het zijn bevlogen mensen die sociale waarden willen realiseren. Regelmatig kleuren ze buiten de lijntjes om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen en tegelijkertijd weten ze anderen mee te krijgen. Kwaliteiten van best persons vinden we ook vaak terug bij innovatoren: ze slagen erin anderen te inspireren en dingen in beweging te brengen. Merlijn van Hulst is hoofddocent aan de Tilburgse School voor Politiek en Bestuur en observeerde en ondervroeg best persons in hun dagelijkse werk. Выступление Натальи Храмцовской на круглом столе «Проблемы организации архивного хранения документов в условиях электронного документооборота», прошедшем на практической конференции «Новые тенденции и современные технологии в организации электронного документооборота в органах государственной власти и в бизнесе», состоявшейся 23 мая 2014 года в г. Ростов-на-Дону. Доклад посвящен оценке роли и места архивов в современных условиях, о том, как бороться за их статус и необходимые ресурсы. Значительное место уделено вопросам кадрового обеспечения архивной отрасли, а также новым и сложным задачам, которые встают перед архивами в условиях расширения сферы применения электронных документов, в отношении которых необходимости решить вопрос об обеспечении их долговременной сохранности. Dr Natasha Khramtsovsky's presentation at the round table “Challenges of archival preservation of records in digital environment”. The round table took place at the conference “Records management in government and business: New trends and modern technology” in Rostov-on-Don on May 23, 2014. The presentation is focused on the role and place of the archives in the digital era (e.g. how to compete for status and necessary resources), on staffing problems, training and professional development issues as well as challenges of digital preservation. The presentation was followed by an informative discussion.
