 diet. You can determine which are the best whole grain
 choices by consulting a dietician or do some research to
answer your own questions. Refined and enriched are bad
words when included on a food label. For the most parts,
companies will make it clear when their products contain
 whole grains, so shopping for foods that contain them is
                          simple.
