PDHPE in primary schools teaches students about physical activity, nutrition, safety, and social/physical development through sport lessons, nutritional education, and learning about healthy lifestyles and responsibilities. Lessons encourage recreation, exercise, eating well, understanding their bodies, and staying safe. Students learn warm-up exercises, sports games, health and lifestyle importance, and have fun while getting healthy. They also learn about balanced diets, food groups, and safety topics like stranger danger, drugs, road rules, and fire drills.
