Duties and responsibilities: 
 Conducting actual and mock surveys for hospitals and primary healthcare centers. 
 Participating in HCAC standards development review and updates 
 Attending workshops trainings and conferences conducted by HCAC. 
 Participating in developing and implementing policies and procedures of HCAC.

Duties and responsibilities include: 
Future Environment Consulting And Research is a private company located in Jordan, the scope of work of the company includes; providing consultations and preparing organizations for ISO certifications such as (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 22000, HACCP, and other certificates),building and updating systems and designs, conducting training sessions, and providing consultancy in healthcare accreditation programs 
1. Performing Initial assessment for organizations. 
2. Awareness and explaining accreditation standards and requirements for organizational staff. 
3. Performing gap analysis according to standards. 
4. Identifying the gaps and providing organizations with the corrective actions to solve the gaps, through forming action plans with time frames and responsibilities. 
5. Training of organizational staff about the standards, quality and quality improvement, communication skills, strategic planning, privilege and credential, communication and management of information, competency and performance appraisals. And other subjects according to needs.

IV- FEBRUARY 2004 TO April 2010: SPECIALTY HOSPITAL, AMMAN, WHICH IS ONE OF THE FAMOUS HOSPITALS IN JORDAN, WITH ALL MEDICAL SPECIALTIES, IT HAS A BED CAPACITY OVER 200. 
Position: Started as nursing supervisor from February -2004 to September- 2006.And quality improvement nurse from September-2006 up to April 2010. 
Duties and responsibilities: 
 Specialty hospital won King Abdullah II Award for Excellence two times (fifth and sixth cycle), my duties and responsibilities were: 
 As one of the board members who assigned to prepare hospital for award, and write the report of it. 
 I participated in preparation and writing the report of the Award. 
 I was involved in the two parts of the award model (the first which is related to enablers, and the second which is the results). 
 I attended two awareness workshops for the award. 
 I was trained on the RADAR assessment methodology and use it in writing the report. 
 I was involved effectively in all award dimensions (leadership, strategy, people, partnerships and resources, processes, products and services, customer results, people results, society results, and key results). 
 Also specialty hospital is accredited hospital by JCI , HCAC, my duties and responsibilities were: 
 
 Developing policies and procedures for all hospital departments according to needs 
 Participating in development of hospital safety plans and policies 
 communicate and Participate in hospital committees (critical care, quality improvement, safety, suggestion and complaint, admission, discharge, Ethics and continuous education committees) 
 Performing tracer methodology, and monitoring implementation of quality standards. 
 Coordination between hospital committees and Ministry of Health committees, such as infection control and national disaster committee. 
 Participating in quality improvement projects and indicators, through data collection, analysis, and interpretation. 
 Using quality improvement tools PDCA, FOCUS PDCA, root cause analysis and FEMA in quality issues. 
 Assigned as coordinator and communicator in preparing, planning and implementation of national and international accreditation programs (King Abdullah II Award For Excellence, social security corporation Award, JCI, HCAC, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001)

V- FROM 2-12-01 TILL SEPTEMBER-2003: IN KING ABDULLAH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (AS IN CHARGE NURSE IN INTERMEDIATE CARE UNIT OF CARDIOLOGY). THE HOSPITAL IS UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, NUMBER OF BEDS =450, IT’S A REFERRAL HOSPITAL, WITH DEFERENT SPECIALTIES. 
Duties and responsibilities include: 
 Communicate between the hospital administration and Ministry of health 
 Coordinator between royal medical services and hospital. 
 Represent the hospital in certain community activities such as violence and abuse, drugs abuse national committees. 
 member in medical supplies purchasing committee 
 Internal auditor for ministry of health insurance bills. 
 Member of insured patient's admission and discharge committee. 
 Member in strategic planning and quality improvement committees. 
 Supervising a nursing staff. 
 Training new employees. 
 Evaluating and monitoring staff performance. 
 Participate in structural interviews for recruiting new employee. 
 Performing Daily assignment for nurses such as check of narcotics and E-cart.

 Quality facilitator for ministry of health in Almafraq hospital. 
 Staff development coordinator between the ministry and the hospital.

Position: Started as nursing supervisor from February -2004 to September- 2006.And quality improvement nurse from September-2006 up to April 2010.
