FacilityManagement Officer, Adeniyi Oketola and Associates, Wuse 2, Abuja (Aug.
2012 – Aug. 2014)
 As the facility management officer, I managed over 20 projects and 75
clients/customers through the provision of excellent oversight services for the
maintenance of the entire physical assets of the company.
 One of my major tasks was to be in contact with other freelance agents in order to
have constant and timely information about any prospective client that may be
looking for property to let, lease or to buy.
 Periodically visits Abuja Geographical Information Systems (AGIS) to have an
updated idea in the real estate sector.
 Since projects are temporary in nature, I ensure adequate project planning to avoid
time waist, cost control and resource management thereby ensuring that the time
line is met, in most cases working beyond the contractual hours to meet the
company’s targets. Proper documentation is also made to serve as baseline for
management future updates.
 Chairing meeting with prospective clients from individuals to cooperate
organizations and other company representatives to introduce our
products/services and negotiate with them when necessary.
 Market research to gather useful information and to know our competitors
strengths and weakness (edge), preparedweekly or monthly report onthe activities
of the company and most of all; respect others opinions.

 ICT Instructor - (taught students computer studies, troubleshooting, installation and
configuration) that impacted on them positively.
 Registered new and existing students and participated in the sporting activities.

Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), skills acquisitions and trained about 100
students on MDGs that even the host communities benefitted.
