3. A homebuyer report is like a condition report
but, also gives a market and insurance valuation,
further more it gives advice on defects that may
affect the value of the property with repairs, and
ongoing maintenance advice. Homebuyer report
is normally suitable for residential properties has
is presents all findings in an easy way for the
client. A homebuyer report can start at £400 and
go up to £5000 depending on the size, type and
structural layout of the building.
