Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments.

Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.

Provide administrative support to the HR Director.
Perform Customer Service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees and New Hire paperwork.
Verify I-9 documentation and maintain books current.
Submit online investigation requests and assist with new employee background checks.
Update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and process paperwork.
Assist with processing terminations.
Assist with recruitment.
Schedule meetings and interviews.
Prepare new employee files.

I have learned all aspects of welcoming new employees to the company. Helped create a positive and fun
working atmosphere. Maintained a great working relationship in the office, with field personnel and with
employees in our branch offices.

Make photocopies, fax documents and perform general clerical functions necessary for operation of the
department and maintain knowledge of computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and
TimeSummit-Exaktime Payroll processing Software.
