I am a Food Scientist and I have finished my under graduation in Food Technology and an masters degree in Food Science. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in Food Science with a focus on understanding Pale, Soft, Exudative (PSE) meat quality problem in poultry industry. I am likely to finish my studies by July 2015.
Career goal: After completion of my graduate studies, I would like to work in a research and development team in food industry as an R& D food scientist in the area of new product development and formulation.
Areas of interest: Food Ingredient Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Safety, Product Development, Sensory Evaluation, Shelf Life extension, Antimicrobial, Food Engineering
