Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,caused by lose of
neurons in the brain.Neurons are the nerve
cells.The lose of these cells causes muscles to
weaken and to lysis.Body affected by this
disase.Mind and memory won’t be effected.

3. Weakness in the muscles can spread to
mouth-swallow area and then can spread to
tongue.This expansion can cause problems
in speech and swallow ability.In severe cases
it can cause breathing problems.

4. Ussualy it can be seen in age of 40s of
50s.Mostly it can effect weak people.There
are more cases amongst men then women.İt
is a rare disase.Patients mostly live up to 3
to 5 years.

factore are genetic.Enviromental factors are
also influencel.

İt can also be seen as a virus that effects the
immune system.It appears because of the
21th chromosome among people.

America are being use for the disase.
