I'm a pragmatic researcher, with a PhD obtained in 1998 dedicated to the strategic Information watch and competitive intelligence process – from the Retrospective Research Center of Marseille (Dir Prof Henri Dou). My methodological approach and various experimental experiences (with a startup creation and management from 1999 to 2002) can be summed up by the question “how to improve methodologies and create innovative practices of Information and Communication Technologies, transforming sparse knowledge into collective intelligence in order to foster the competitiveness of organizations and help efficient decision making”.
