Based on Informal Learning Model
USP
 Lab is equipped sufficiently with required Hardware and Software
 Full of Practicals with Hands on Experience with Inspirational Knowledge
 To Support Online Training Practicals – if any hardware is required, it will be
provided.(restricted to a budget of 10K per student).
 25 years of Industrial Experienced Trainer is available 24/7 to the Students
 Committed for each and very student, evaluates the Trainee Performance on
daily basis.
 We Train the Trainees to become Trainers(Train the Trainers) which ensures
each student is a Master in his subject.
 Training is totally based on Team work and can Generate Miracles in a Team
 Placement Assurance/Appointment letter given at the end of Training itself to
every student.
 After Training, during Internship, the Trainees will work on a Product/Project
to provide Industrial Solutions
Target Audience
 The Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates – BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in
Instrumentation, Mechatronics, ICE, ECE, EEE and CS.
 Unemployed Engineering Graduates to create Career in Industry 4.0.
 Industry Experienced Diploma – Electrical, Electronics and Mechatronics
 Experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineers / Managers who want to
upgrade / Expertise themselves to Industry 4.0
 Technical Professionals who just wants to create career in Implementation of
Industry 4.0 in a Industry.
 All Technical Personnel who can meet our Minimum Criteria (even the College
Dropouts, having Arrear papers, etc.,)
Minimum Criteria to Join
 Should undergo Rope-In Program(a 5 day Training + 1 day Selection Process)
 Willing to surrender 100% to the Trainer / Coach
 To work in a Team, and stand for the Team at all time
 Willing to excel in the life and career
 Willing to teach others what has been learnt.
 Basic System Knowledge
 Good Will Power not to drop the task taken, in any circumstances
Rope-In Program
 Duration – 5 days Training + 1 day Screen Test / Selection Process
 Timings – Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday – Screen Test
 Preliminary / Introduction Training with hands on Experience will be given in
PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, CNC Controls, IoT and Industrial IoT
 During the Stay of 1 Week, food and accommodation will be provided
 Check In – Sunday Evening and Check out – Saturday Evening.

Training Details
 Course Duration : 6 Months Rigorous Practical Training
 Days of Training : Monday to Friday
 Training Timings : Unfixed Timings – 10 to 12 Hrs. Approx. per day
 Off line Training –> 2 Hrs.
 Online Training –> 2 Hrs. (Webinars / Online Courses)
 Practicals -> 4 Hrs.
 Team discussion / presentation -> 2 Hrs.
 Completion of the Total Team Task for the day – Till Completion
 Conclusion and plan for the next day -> 30 Min
Note : It’s a Team Work in Learning, under the model of “One for All & All for One”
and the Concept followed is “What you give out, is what you get back in return”.
Important Note : At the day end and every day, the Team is responsible for the
completion of the task given to each Trainee and the Trainer is committed and
accountable for every student’s performance.
Accommodation Facilities Provided
 Accommodation provided in a 2 BHK House – 5 / 6 Students Plus a Trainer
 2 / 3 Students in a room (depends on the Room Size)
 For each Student a Cot and Cupboard will be provided
 Basic Kitchen Facilities provided like Gas, Gas Stove, Mixie, Utensils and
Microwave Oven.
 Food – Sharing Basis - 3 Options (To be decided together as a Team(only veg))
 Own Preparation
 We can help in getting done from caterers
 We can help in Hiring a cook for preparation
Note : The Cleaning of the House, Food Utensils, Clothes have to done by Students
only.
Important Note: The Course is totally residential since, the training timings are not
fixed, it’s flexible and based on the Online Webinars, Online Trainings, Completion of
the day’s task, Team Work and Each Person’s Performance in the Team

for the Extra Curricular Activities.

 Weekends we arrange Guest Lectures from Industrial Professionals
 Active Participation in Meetups of several Categories related to Industry 4.0
 Addressing / Taking Technical Presentations in Colleges, Meetups, Community
 Weekend (one / two days) Free / Paid workshops will be conducted by the
Trainees to the College Students, at Meetups and to Public on various Topics
 Will be exposed to latest Technologies, Industrial Visits (to understand the
problems faced in the Industry to build Solutions)
 Additionally provide help to the Industries who have tied up with us
 Minimum Participation required is 20 Weekend days

After Intern – What next ?
 Choice your career – 3 options (Should be declared at the end of Training)
 Can work with us for a Minimum Salary of 15k per Month(CTC)
 Can be a member of our “Profit Club” by Investing a small amount of 5 lacs &
above and also work with us for a Minimum Salary of 20k per Month(CTC)
 If you doesn’t want to choice 1 & 2, Within 3 months from the time of Internship
Completion, we provide a Guaranteed Placement in an Industry
Do’s and Don’ts
 The Training Room should be well kept, Clean, Spick and Span and Smell nice
 No Drinking and Eating in the Training Room. Plain water is allowed but please
be careful to avoid spillage.
 No working on Mobiles during the Training Hrs.
 No Smoking, Alcohol Consumption, Pan Masala, Gutka etc., inside the
Residence
 Please report any spillage or damage to any assets, we place a lot of trust and
faith in our student’s honesty and responsibility.
 Avoid speaking on topics which are derogatory and discriminatory
 Visitors are not allowed.
 You can’t stay overnight outside except weekends. Saturdays morning you can
go out and should return back by 7pm on Sunday(Needs written permission
from the trainer).

Extra Curricular Activities  Weekends we arrange Guest Lectures from Industrial Professionals  Active Participation in Meetups of several Categories related to Industry 4.0  Addressing / Taking Technical Presentations in Colleges, Meetups, Community  Weekend (one / two days) Free / Paid workshops will be conducted by the Trainees to the College Students, at Meetups and to Public on various Topics  Will be exposed to latest Technologies, Industrial Visits (to understand the problems faced in the Industry to build Solutions)  Additionally provide help to the Industries who have tied up with us  Minimum Participation required is 20 Weekend days

After Training – What next ?  Should Declare, whether you want to work with us or Opt for a job placement  Will work as an Intern for a duration of 4 – 6 Months  Will take up a Live Product / Project development to provide Industrial Solutions.  Internship is only completed after proper validation of the Product / Project developed by the Industry Professionals / Market

After Intern – What next ?  Choice your career – 3 options (Should be declared at the end of Training)  Can work with us for a Minimum Salary of 15k per Month(CTC)  Can be a member of our “Profit Club” by Investing a small amount of 5 lacs & above and also work with us for a Minimum Salary of 20k per Month(CTC)  If you doesn’t want to choice 1 & 2, Within 3 months from the time of Internship Completion, we provide a Guaranteed Placement in an Industry
  • 15. Do’s and Don’ts  The Training Room should be well kept, Clean, Spick and Span and Smell nice  No Drinking and Eating in the Training Room. Plain water is allowed but please be careful to avoid spillage.  No working on Mobiles during the Training Hrs.  No Smoking, Alcohol Consumption, Pan Masala, Gutka etc., inside the Residence  Please report any spillage or damage to any assets, we place a lot of trust and faith in our student’s honesty and responsibility.  Avoid speaking on topics which are derogatory and discriminatory  Visitors are not allowed.  You can’t stay overnight outside except weekends. Saturdays morning you can go out and should return back by 7pm on Sunday(Needs written permission from the trainer).
