Total Recipe Weights for the Chocolate Swirls:
240 grams Goats Milk Melt and Pour Soap
12 grams Chocolate Orchid Fragrance Oil
6 grams Fun Soap Colorant- Brown Oxide
6 grams Vegetable Glycerin
Total Recipe Weights for the Light Purple Soap:
1140 grams Goats Milk Melt and Pour Soap
57 grams Chocolate Orchid Fragrance Oil
6 grams Fun Soap Colorant- Ultramarine Violet
57 grams vanilla white stabilizer
Step 1: Prepare your Chocolate Swirls: In a microwave safe bowl, weigh out 240 grams of Goats Milk Melt and
Pour Soap. Melt in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Keep melting until all the soap is in a liquid state. While
the soap is melting, lay out two pieces of wax paper.
Step 2: Next, add the FUN Soap Colorant Brown Oxide. Stir well. Once all of the soap is colored, add the
vegetable glycerin and the Chocolate Orchid Fragrance Oil. Stir. Finally, pour the brown soap onto one sheet of
wax paper. Spritz with alcohol to eliminate any bubbles. Allow to fully set up.
Step 3: Prepare the Dark Purple Soap: In a microwave safe bowl, weigh out 200 grams of Goats Milk Melt and
Pour Soap. Melt all of the soap until it is in a liquid state. Next, add 8 grams of Fun Soap Colorant Ultramarine
Violet. Stir well to incorporate.
Step 4: Once all of the soap is purple in color, stir in the Chocolate Orchid scent. Then, pour this soap onto the
other piece of wax paper. Spritz with alcohol if needed, and allow to set up.
Step 5: Now, weigh out and melt 1140 grams of Goats Milk Melt and Pour Soap stirring occasionally. While that
soap is melting, carefully remove the brown and purple soaps from the wax papers.
Step 6: Using your cutting board and knife, cut away any jagged edges. Starting with the brown soap, cut several
varying pieces; long, short, fat, and thin. Once all of the soap has been cut, begin curling each piece in a loose curl
form. Then, set aside.
Step 7: With the purple soap, cut slices that are more consistent in size. You will want to aim for these pieces to
be about 5 inches long and 1/2 inches wide. Then, set aside.
Step 8: Now that all of the goats milk melt and pour soap is melted, add 6 grams of Fun Soap Colorant
Ultramarine Violet, blend well. Then, add the Chocolate Orchid scent and vanilla white stabilizer and stir.
Total Recipe Weights for the Dark Purple Soap:
200 grams Goats Milk Melt and Pour Soap
10 grams Chocolate Orchid Fragrance Oil
8 grams Fun Soap Colorant- Ultramarine Violet
Total Recipe Weights for the Whipped Topping:
150 grams Whipped Soap Base
150 grams Goats Milk Melt and Pour Soap
17 grams Vegetable Glycerin
18 grams Chocolate Orchid Fragrance Oil
18 grams Vanilla White Color Stabilizer
Step 9: Starting with the brown soap curls, place them into the loaf mold. You will want to stack some of the
curls on top of each other. Then, with the purple slices, begin placing them sporadically throughout the loaf. Do
not use them all yet. Completely spritz the brown curls and purple slices with alcohol.
Step 10: When the large amount of soap has cooled enough to be poured, fill the mold about half way. Then,
gently tap the mold to remove any air bubbles as well as fill in the open spaces in the soap curls. Finally spritz
with alcohol.
Step 11: Next, place some more purple slices. Then, pour another 1/4 of the soap into the mold. Gently tap the
mold and spritz with alcohol.
Step 12: For the final time, place more of the purple soap into the mold. Finish pouring all of the soap to fill the
mold. Allow to fully set up.
Step 13: Prepare the Whipped Topping: Using the brown and purple soap scraps cut out small square shapes.
Set these aside.
Step 14: When your soap loaf is ready for the whipped topping, simply place the 150 grams of Goats milk melt
and pour soap in the microwave to melt. In a mixing bowl, weigh out the whipped topping and vegetable
glycerin.
Step 15: When the soap is melted, pour it into the mixing bowl with the whipped soap and the vegetable
glycerin. Begin beating with a hand held mixer. When the mixture looks like whipped frosting, stop beating.
Step 16: Next, add the fragrance oil and the vanilla white color stabilizer. Clean the sides of the bowl with a
spatula and start beating the mixture again. When the whipped soap looks like whipped frosting again, it is time
to place it on the loaf.
Step 17: Using your spoon scoop the soap frosting on top of the soap. When all of the soap has been covered,
sprinkle the brown and purple soap squares all around. Allow to fully set up before slicing.
Your Chocolate Orchid Melt and Pour Soap is now ready to use! Enjoy!
