Association with Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration • Inspira Software Services helped commission Carrier’s first call centre in India, in New Delhi, in the year 2007 • Inspira CRM – Service was used by about 800 users in the Residential and Light Commercial Division of Carrier, including their Service Dealers, for management of field services for air- conditioning products from 2007-2012, till the division was hived off to form a JV with Midea of China
