•-an improvement in the condition, strength, or fortunes of
someone or something.
•synonyms: improvement, rallying, picking up, betterment, turn
for the better.
•an instance of something becoming popular, active, or important
again.
•synonyms: comeback, bringing back, re-establishment,
reintroduction, restoration, reappearance, resurrection, relaunch,
reinstallation, regeneration, rejuvenation, rebirth.

3. SPIRITUAL REVIVAL IS
NEEDED
• Christians should be preparing for what is soon to
break upon the world as an overwhelming surprise,
and this preparation they should make by diligently
studying the word of God, and striving to conform
their lives to its precepts. . . . God calls for a revival
and a reformation.--Prophets and Kings, p. 626.
• Revival signifies -a renewal of spiritual life, a
quickening of the powers of mind and heart, a
resurrection from the spiritual death.

• Caffeine-(Stimulant) of the central nervous system. A nerve irritant
causes- headache, wakefulness, palpitation of the heart, indigestion,
trembling. Energy dependence.
• Dairy Cheese- Fevers the blood, the animal propensities are aroused,
while the moral and intellectual powers are weakened, and become
servants to the baser passions. ( High in Saturated fat- Contributes to
Heart disease.
• Condiments-(Stimulant) Deranges the stomach, excites the nerves, and
enfeebles the intellect. (MIND)
• Refined Sugar- Goes straight to the blood and acts as a depressant.
Causes teeth decay and it dehydrates the system.
• Meat-If meat eating was ever healthful, it is not safe now.

6. TAKE CHARGE -LIVE ON LIVE FOOD
• God has furnished man with abundant means for the
gratification of an unperverted appetite. He has spread
before him the products of the earth, — a bountiful variety
of food that is palatable to the taste and nutritious to the
system. Of these our benevolent heavenly Father says we
may freely eat. Fruits, grains, and vegetables, prepared in a
simple way, free from spice and grease of all kinds. They
impart nourishment to the body, and give a power of
endurance and a vigor of intellect that are not produced by

• 1 cup apple juice (potassium, vita C, Fiber, Antioxidants)
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries- (Vita K, B6, Fiber, Potassium, Calcium)
• 1/2 fresh or frozen medium banana- (Potassium, Vita B6, Fiber)
• ½ cup frozen Rasp/Strawberries- (Anti-oxidants)

• Today a large part of those who compose our congregations are
dead in trespasses and sins. They come and go like the door upon
its hinges. For years they have complacently listened to the most
solemn, soul-stirring truths, but they have not put them in practice.
Therefore they are less and less sensible of the preciousness of
truth. . . . While making a profession, they deny the power of
godliness. If they continue in this state, God will reject them. --
