There are two pivot paths
throughout the game.
Pivots are more time
intensive and more
expensive.

Events and are a mixture
of good and bad things
that can happen to your
company.
Examples:
• Product delays
• Lawsuits
• Add key team members,
giving up additional
equity, but increasing
revenues.
• Patents granted or
acquire another
company increasing the
final exit value.
