FEB. 2014- CURRENT: BIM GROUP – HRBP ON REAL ESTATE AND HOSPITALITY
Manage and proactive support the effective performance of man power in Real Estate Division,
Project Management Division, Construction Division and all subsidiaries companies directly
specialized on construction projects and companies like Phu Quoc Plaza, Crowne Plaza- Laos,
Green Bay, Marine Plaza –Quang Ninh, Syrena- Hanoi, BIM office- HCM city,etc. The
man powers are over 700 head counts.
Directly deal with Head of other departments to Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-
functionally like: head count planning, recruiting, organizational restructuring, benefits and
remunerations, performance management works (KPI), labor relations, talent management, training
delivering, etc.)
Implementing and controlling the recruitment, training and human resource development
• Helping and guiding to plan and implement the headcount planning.
• Recruiting the management positions for Project management, Sale and Design.
• Launching and joining the Job fair in Hue,Vinh searching and maintaining labor source
Management assistance
• Ensure HR programs and policies are well understood and executed
• Assists unit Directors in implementation of personnel issues such as promotion, transfer,
performance, review, and termination.
• Ensures all announcements, policies, regulations of the company to be delivered to all staff in all
sites on time and implemented properly
• Guiding the implementation of the group programs: Job description, salary review, annual
bonus, salary range.
Employee relations
• Serves as a link between Group management and employees by handling questions, interpreting
and helping resolve work-related issues.
• Surveys on benefits, employee meetings and communication messages.
• Consult with unit directors on labor relation issue
Training and development
• Identified training needs in general, by function and individuals to build up Training Plan for each
Units and Departments.
• Ensure Training Programs to be executed on time & with quality to have talent tool for each units
• Implement and training human resource staff in units to build and launch the Job description project
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Launching the KPI’s/Job description/ Salary review/ Bonus review project
 Solving the human resource issue after restructure the plant
 Budget planning.
 A link between unit directors and the Group BOD
