IWRS Systems

GWT™ Series Industrial Water Reclamation Systems (IWRS) incorporate
advanced treatment technology in an essentially chemical free multi-stage
treatment process.
●
IWRS systems were designed with flexibility in mind and incorporates optimized
treatment processes to handle TSS, heavy metals, hardness minerals, colloidal
silica, organics, inorganics, pesticides and other specific contaminants for
wastewater treatment and reuse applications.
●
High performance system solution designed to meet the specific and unique
challenges of industrial wastewater streams based on experience and
collaboration with clients.
●
Dependable deployment of modular based solutions based on flow rate with flow
rates from 25 gpm (135 m3/d) to 3700 gpm (20,000 m3/d) and larger.
●
Typical TSS Reduction of up to 99.9%, certain heavy metals, and organic
compounds are oxidized and bacteria is killed.

• Removal of solids, viruses, turbidity, certain heavy metals,
organics, pesticides, oil/greases, hydrocarbons, ammonium,
phosphate and other specific contaminant compounds
• Removal of up to 90% range of hardness minerals based on
pH without the use of chelating agents.
• System provides a simplistic yet advanced solution for
industrial water recycling and reuse and environmental

Summary
GWT Series Industrial Wastewater Reclamation Systems (IWRS)
incorporates advanced treatment technology in an essentially chemical
free multi-stage treatment process with lower operating and
maintenance costs.
The IWRS is flexible incorporating treatment processes to handle TSS,
turbidity, heavy metals, bacteria, organics including pesticides and
phenolics, COD and BOD for water reuse and other potential industrial
water and environmental remediation applications.
Dependable deployment of modular based solution based on flow rate
with flow rates from 25 gpm (135 m3/d) to 3700 gpm (20,000 m3/d) and
larger.
Typical TSS Reduction 99.9%, Heavy metals are oxidized, BOD/COD is
reduced, organics and bacteria are removed. TDS is removed as part of
a tertiary treatment process to enable process water reuse.

The IWRS is flexible incorporating treatment processes to handle TSS, turbidity, heavy metals, bacteria, organics including pesticides and phenolics, COD and BOD for water reuse and other potential industrial water and environmental remediation applications. Dependable deployment of modular based solution based on flow rate with flow rates from 25 gpm (135 m3/d) to 3700 gpm (20,000 m3/d) and larger.
