- About Deep knowledge of software systems and processes, ability to deal with complex problems and environments, understanding of business needs and models, a particular care for people and their right of being happy workers. During my career as a software engineer earlier and as a director later, I developed a range of skills that span from pure software development to product management, from psychology of the organizations to people management and public speaking.
