 Mr. Ashwin Choksi :- His father Chimanlal Choksi was one of the co-founder of Asian
paints. He joined his family business Asian Paints in 1965.He completed his Masters in
Commerce from Sydenham,Mumbai.He served as Director, Managing Director,
Executive Chairman of Asian Paint and Non Executive Director of Berger International.
 Mr. Ashwin Dani :- His father is also the co-founder of asian paints and he has
completed bsc-pigment masters in polymor science.He joined the company as the senior
executive.
 Mr. Abhay Vakil :- His father is also the co-founder of asian paints.He has completed his
bsc from mumbai university and bs from syracuse universit,USA.He is also chairman of
Resins and Plastics, Non Executive Director of Asian Paints,Resins and Plastics
Additional & Non-Executive Director at Asian Paints.
 Mr. K B S Anand :- He is MD& CEO of asian paints since april .He served as Vice
President of Sales & Marketing at Asian Paints Ltd. He has over 33 years of experience.
 Mr. Mahendra Choksi :- He served as Managing Director of Resins & Plastics Limited
since 1973. He has considerable knowledge and experience in the Chemical Industry
particularly in 'Synthetic Resins'. He was in charge of Production, Process and
Engineering in Asian Paints Limited. He has been a Non Executive Director of Asian
Paints Limited since November 27, 1992.
 Mr. Malav Dani :- He has been the Managing Director of Hitech Plast Ltd. He has rich
experience in the paints and plastic industry and has handled "various
assignments involving in-depth industrial exposure and practical knowledge.
 Ms. Amrita Vakil :- She is completed Bachelor of Science in HR in economics and she
joined the asian paints since 2003,and from 1 may,2014.She served as executive-
director in company.

5.  Mr. Dipankar Basu :- He is retired from the SBI as chairman. He is having vast
knowledge in the field of banking,finance aand it is benefitted for company. He was
also on the Governing Boards of national level Banking Association and Institutes.
 Mr. Mahendra Shah :- He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from
University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from New York
University. He is Non-Executive Independent Director of Asian Paints Limited.
 Mr. Deepak Satwalekar :-He has completed his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
from IIT Bombay and a M.B.A.(Finance) from American University. Mr. Satwalekar
served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at HDFC Standard Life
Insurance Co., Ltd.
 Dr. S Sivaram :- He obtained his master’s degree in chemistry at IIT Kanpur in 1967,
he moved to Purdue University, Indiana, USA for his PhD.He is the Director of NCL.
He serves as a Director on the Boards of Asian Paints India Ltd, Apcotex Lattices Pvt.
Ltd. and GMM-Pfaudler Ltd.
 Mr. S Ramadorai :- He is Chairman of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Limited)
and AirAsia (India) Pvt Ltd. He continues to be an Independent Director on the Boards
of Hindustan Unilever Limited, Asian Paints Limited and Piramal Enterprises Limited.
He recently retired as the Vice - Chairman of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.
 Mr. M.K. Sharma :- He was retired in May’07 as the Vice-Chairman of Hindustan
Unilever Limited. He is currently Non Executive Chairman of ICICI Bank Limited, an
Independent Director of Wipro Limited, Asian Paints Limited and Blue Star Limited.
 Ms. Vibha Paul Rishi :- She holds an honors degree in Economics from Lady Sri Ram
College, Delhi University and a management degree from Faculty of Management
Studies, Delhi University with specialisation in Marketing. She is an accomplished
marketing evangelist with international experience in spearheading global marketing
campaigns for high-visibility consumer products. Prior to this, she was Executive
Director – Brand and Human Capital, Max India Limited.
