My husband and I are both specialist nurses, caring for children with epilepsy
and cancer in Gloucestershire. Our sons, Freddie and Stanley, have been
attending Stratton School 4 or 5 days every week since schools had to
officially close.
I cannot thank the staff at Stratton Primary School enough for coming into
school every day and for ensuring that our children are looked after in a safe
and familiar environment where they feel happy and reassured. Our children
are fortunate to have been able to enjoy lots of fun activities and
have had plenty of attention and treats!
We could not possibly have continued to do our jobs caring for the
sick in Gloucestershire without the help of Stratton Primary School,
thank you so very much!

Baunton News:
Cotswold District Council have supplied us with badges for people who are shopping
for elderly or vulnerable family or neighbours. Some people have been challenged in
the Supermarket as it was deemed they were buying too much. A badge will help you.
If you would like a badge, if you are shopping for others, please contact Baunton Parish
Clerk, Marie Whiteman on 01285 655556.
Baunton Village has a list of helpers, which has been circulated to all in the village and
on the database. Neighbours are looking out for each other as usual and the church
got decorated for Easter which raised a smile or two.
Anybody in Baunton Parish who needs a Contact Sheet can get it from calling 07836 341550

Please be advised that the
Bathurst Estate will shortly be
installing new signage across
Cirencester Park and wider Estate,
advising dog walkers and users of
the footpaths about access to the
surrounding farmland.
There is a great need to protect
the surrounding field margins for
the benefit of wildlife and from
environmental damage caused by
walkers and horse riders. In order
to do so, signage will be put in
place to advise of the footpath
routes and any areas to be
avoided.
The Estate thanks residents of
Stratton and other users in
advance for their co-operation.
Bathurst Estate.
