I lead a housing company of two row houses and six individual apartments located in Tampere region in Finland. My biggest tasks so far have been carrying through the post-construction warranty checks and repairs in 2011, as well as planning and execution of big improvements at company's land (green areas, asphalting and paving). Latter ones have significantly increased the value of the company. On my initiative the asphalting works were executed in collaboration with two adjacent housing companies.
