Management is getting things done through other.
Management mean to manage things by planning,co-
ordinating,motivating and controlling.
Manager-Manager is that person by whom the work is

Top Level Management:- It is the head of all management.It
consist of Board of Directors, Chief executives, Senior
executives. All policy decision are taken by top level
management.
Middle Level Management:- Middle management serves as
a link between the top level management and lower level
management.
Lower Level Management:- Lower management consist of
office superintendents, Foremen and supervisors.

10. Inventory Management
Inventories are stock of raw materials and components required for
manufacturing of product and of finished product for sale. Thus, inventories
form a link between the production and sale of the product.
The forms of inventories existing in a manufacturing enterprise can
be classified into three categories:-
(A) Raw Materials:-These are the goods which have been purchased and
store for future productions.
(B) Work-in-Progress:-These are the semi-manufactured products.
(C) Finished Goods:-These are the final products of the production
process ready for sale.
