express resistance

measure resistance in ohms

the ruler is the instrument used to
rule straight lines and the calibrated
instrument used for determining
length called a measure. However,
common usage calls both instruments
rulers and the special name straight
edge is used for an unmarked rule

of a circuit. It is connected in
parallel or series with the circuit
