a)Support Program for Setting-up an
International Incubation Center
b)International Accelerator Program

11. The program aims that;
- technological products realized in our country
within R&D and innovation activities to take place
in international markets
- to be able to take part for the technology intensive
domestic startup companies in the developed
entrepreneurial ecosystems
- to increase the overall export rate.

The duration of this program is five years
and has $ 3.750.000 upper limit in total
 Support rate for the first two years is 80%, and for remaining years
is 60%

In order to provide companies with a
softlanding in target market
a toolkit with
- Practical, technical, managerial,
marketing, networking and legal
solutions when they like to make
business internationally
- can be individually or with a group of

The Duration : 3 years
Upper Limit per Company : $60.000
Support Rate: 80 %
Office (co-working space) rent,

16. Program’s Main Goal
In order to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in international markets
and to achieve a more dynamic structure, this support aims to promote and
helping to marketing of SMEs technological products or prototypes which
are;
• the result of R & D, innovation
• the result of a design Project
• protected by patent documents
• have the Certificate of Technological Product (TÜR)

 To commercialize new product as a result of R&D and
innovation activities in prioritized technological fields
 Creating added value to the country's economy
 Promoting technological product investments by enterprises
to increase technological product exports by taking part in
international markets.

Products arising as a result of research and innovation projects supported by KOSGEB and
other public institutions and organizations, foundations established by law or
international funds
Products protected by a patent
Products arising as a result of R & D and innovation projects in foreign technology zones /
research centers / institutes / science parks / incubation centers / accelerators
Products arising from doctoral studies
Products arising from the research and innovation projects which developed by
enterprises in the domestic technology development regions they have concluded in the
region
Products that have Technological Product (TÜR) Experience certificate*

29. • In order to settle information transfer requirement, the company can receive non-
repayable support for related purchases about know-how, licenses, technology,
patents, etc. for production of products in order to produce strategic products
quickly and accurately.
• In the process of testing to ensure if the strategic product to be produced is
met with the standards or not, the non-refundable support is provided for the
costs of purchasing imported product samples that can be used for the
comparison and analysis with their equivalents.
