- Innan jag berättar mer om denna anläggningen så kommer jag börja med att uppdatera Er om OEM och ge er lite av historian som lett fram till att vi är där vi är idag.
- Logistiken har utvecklats i takt med koncernens tillväxt och framgång. För tre år sedan drogs planerna för nästa steg i logistikutvecklingen upp och utgångspunkterna var: - fortsatt expansion av produktsortiment och tillväxt - utveckling av kvalitet och service - samordning av logistik inom koncernen
- Förutom att det nya centret kan hantera en markant större volym så kommer effektiviteten att förbättras. Våra kunder kommer dessutom att få förbättrad service, dels genom att sista ordertid för leverans idag flyttas fram från dagens 15.30, dels genom att leveranskvaliteten kommer att höjas från 96 % till 98 %. (Leveranskvalitet mäts som rätt vara, rätt kvantitet, rätt leveransdag och felfri produkt) Logistikcentret försörjer flera av koncernens 26 bolag – OEM Automatic i Sverige, Danmark och Norge, OEM Motor och Telfa. Successivt kommer samordningen av logistiken i koncernen att öka och bidra till att ännu fler kunder kan få tillgång till ett unikt sortiment och service.
