#1 Samadhi Mandir
The Samadhi Mandir as the
name suggests houses the last
remains of Sai Baba. The
temple is revered by the
devotees of Baba and has
come up as a pilgrimage
location. The temple is the
central point of the Shirdi
pilgrimage and people stand in
long queues to catch a glimpse
of Sai Baba's mortal remains.
The crowd management at the
temple is exceptional with
dedicated counters for prasad,
bhabhuti, etc.
Tip: Book a ticket for darshan
and Aarti in advance through
the online portal.
#2 Dwarkamayee Masjid
Dwarkamayee Masjid is
located just right of the
Samadhi Mandir. It was
originally a cave where Sai
Baba spent a lot of his time.
This Mosque is of huge
significance for the devotees
of Baba, as Baba used to sit
here for long hours on a
stone which is still preserved.
Baba also used to light a
lamp at this place. The sacred
'Dhuni' or fire is still lit till this
date and the astounding 'Udi'
or ash from this fire is given
to pilgrims and is considered
immensely divine. The Masjid
contains a life-size portrait of
Sai Baba.
#3 Chavadi
The Chavadi is a small
house situated close to the
Masjid. The devotees of Sai
Baba pay obeisance to this
place during their Shirdi
pilgrimage as Baba used to
sleep here on every alternate
night. One can find here the
'Asan' or seat on which he
used to sit, a wooden plank
and a wheel chair of Baba.
There is a large portrait of
Baba inside the Chavadi.
The bed on which Baba was
given his last bath is placed
on the left of the painting.
The right portion of the
building contains the framed
photo of the cross-legged
Baba kept in grand attire.
#4 Shignapur
The village of Shignapur is
famous for its Shani Temple.
Located 73 kms away from
Shirdi, Shani Shignapur is
one of the most revered
temples of Shani Dev. There
are no doors or locks in the
houses of this hamlet as the
villagers believe that the
temple is a "jagrut
devasthan” and the God
here is very powerful. The
deity is in form of a self
emerged black and
prominent rock.
#5 Triambakeshwar, Nasik
Triambakeshwar is an ancient
Hindu Temple located in the
Nasik district. It is one of the
twelve Jyotirlinga dedicated to
Lord Shiva.
Located about 142 kms away
from Shirdi, it is one of the most
visited and revered Jyotirlinga.
The temple is located in a valley
surrounded by hills from all side.
The climate is always pleasant
and their is a hint of spirituality
in the air. Kusavarta, the sacred
pond in the temple premises is
the source of the Godavari
River, the longest river in
peninsular India. It is only
Jyotirlinga where the linga in
complete form is present.

and 15 ft in breath. A stone

records, smoking pipe,
bathing stone, water
tumblers and cooking
utensils which were used
by Sai Baba are on
display.

The Ajanta and Ellora
caves are located in the
Aurangabad District. The
Ajanta caves are 30 rock
cut Buddhist cave
monuments while the 34

dedicated to Buddhist,
Hindu and Jain faiths.

rock cut architecture and
depicts the religious
harmony of those times.
