Subject: DECLARATION & POWER OF ATTORNEY
In pursuance of the Notification [No. F.2-23/2014-DRAP (Vol-II)] upon the
approval of the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan published in weekly Gazette of Pakistan
dated 08th
April 2021 as indicated in national Urdu and English newspapers of 13th
April 2021, I
have relieved myself from obligated professional engagements of “OR - Centre for Quality
Sciences (OR-CQS)”, “Culture of Cultivating Knowledge (CCK)” etc. and different academic
engagements. However, I will InshaAllah continue to contributing in such honorary services and
professional knowledge sharing exercises in free time under permissible prevailing practices.
2. I am very pleased to transfer all obligations and delegated total authority to my beloved
wife Mrs. Roohi Bano Obaid, Principal Executive Officer, OR-CQS for smooth continuation of
good work initiated by us altogether for the betterment of pharmaceutical sciences particularly
here in Pakistan till next move.
