Dr. Yoichi Ochiai and his Digital Nature Group from the University of Tsukuba will be showcasing several projects at SIGGRAPH in Japanese and Japanese CG Showcase. Dr. Ochiai is an Assistant Professor and Advisor to the President at the University of Tsukuba and also serves as the CEO of Pixie Dust Technologies. The Digital Nature Group, consisting of 43 researchers and students, will present projects in the technical papers, emerging technologies, studio, and poster sessions involving holographic acoustic levitation, plasma rendering, digital fabrication, virtual reality, and more. Visitors are invited to the group's booth to learn about their collaborative work.
