Digital Phones 49 $ per month Office Divvy phone answering services do not require purchase of equipment on your part (other than your existing cell, home or work phone lines. ) However, if you need to add digital phones and phone lines (e.g. in your home office or those of remote employees) this equipment is available through Office Divvy to operate on our phone system. We feature reputable Polycom brand phones for such needs; each phone line is $49/month with unlimited calling to US and Canada. Phones will work whereever there is broadband available through Cat-5 or Cat-6 connections to routers and wall network outlets. Phone selections start from $139 (one time purchase): * $139 $189 $289

Agreement, Fine Print, and Terms of Service Authorizing phone-answering, other phone-services, or any related services through Office Divvy indicates your full agreement to the terms and conditions contained hereunder: Full-time live answering is available during business hours, defined as 48 hours a week: 8:30AM-5:30PM Mon-Fri, and 9:30AM-12:30PM on Sat, excluding holidays. After business hours or on holidays auto-attendant or voice-mail rules prevail. Subscription payments are due in advance of the services payable by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Services are on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. All payments are non-refundable. Prorated services are not available. Setup fees are indicated with each program. Modifications after initial setup are subject to a $50 fee per hour, with one-hour minimum charge. Depending onthe services provided, sales tax (7%) may be applicable to the rates quoted. You agree that you are not and will not get involved in any illegal, illegitimate or fraudulent activities. If Office Divvy has reason to believe you are using the service for such a purpose, Office Divvy reserves the right andn responsibility to terminate your services without notice and report you to the authorities. Office Divvy strives to provide excellent telephone answering and other related services, however no guarantees are expressed that these services will be error-free. You recognize that telephone answering and other services provided by Office Divvy are never perfect and that all telephone operators make mistakes. You agree that Office Divvy shall not be liable for any loss of business or damages of any sort occurring through or in connection with the contracted services. Further, you agree to indemnify, release, and hold Office Divvy harmless from any loss, damage, claim or liability arising out of or in connection with any telephone answering or related services provided or not provided by Office Divvy’s employees or contractors to you or to any caller, visitor or associate of yours. In the event a dispute arises between service subscriber and provider, subscriber agrees that the amount of any potential damages from provider shall be limited to sum equal to one month's service payment. In the event the agreement is cancelled by either party, or you are in default, Office Divvy, at its election, may terminate your services. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the validity, construction, interpretation, and effect of this entire Agreement. The exclusive venue for any dispute based upon or arising out of this Agreement shall be Flagler County, Florida. In the event that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be heard in a court of law or equity, the Parties hereto agree that they hereby waive their right to have same heard before a jury. In the event that a controversy or claim should arise out of or relate to this Agreement, the prevailing party thereto shall be entitled to payment of its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees from the non-prevailing party. In the event that any term, provision, paragraph, subparagraph or Article of this Agreement is declared illegal, void or unenforceable, it shall not affect or impair the other terms, provisions, paragraphs, subparagraphs or Articles of this Agreement. The doctrine of severability shall be applied. The parties do not intend by this statement to imply the illegality, voidness or inability to enforce any term, provision, paragraph, subparagraph or Article of this Agreement. v. October 2011
