2. ONE SOURCE SUPPLIES TERMS & POLICIES
TERMS -With the Placement and payment of
each order, you, the Customer are agreeing
to the acceptance of the following terms and
conditions. These terms and conditions shall
supersede any subsequent terms and
conditions included in any purchase order
unless agreed to in writing or digital means
by One Source Supplies (One Source).
PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS – All prices
reflect Buyer’s net cost in Canadian Dollars
and do not include applicable federal and
provincial taxes. Although every effort has
been made to ensure accuracy, prices and
specifications are subject to errors.
SHIPPING & MINIMUM CHARGES:
There is a Minimum order of $75.00 Sub-
Total before taxes for all products prior to
delivery. We have a common Flat Rate
Freight of $15.00. However, this does not
include Material Handling or Extra heavy
items including skid lots. Email for delivery
pricing on these heavier items, however your
confirmation will advise you before shipment.
All goods get shipped from either Ajax,
Calgary or Montreal, Canada, direct to you.
PICK-UP: We do not offer pick-up of goods,
we only deliver direct from 3rd party
departures.
PRODUCT CHANGES, SUBSTITUTIONS &
ERRORS - All descriptions and illustrations
in this catalogue are based on the best
information available at the time of
publication. Colours are approximate and
may differ from that shown. Unless indicated,
contents are not included with merchandise
displayed. Manufacturers’ specifications may
change or products may be discontinued
without notice. Should an item become
unavailable, we reserve the right to replace
the item with a comparable substitution of an
equal or greater value.
PAYMENT TERMS – For Customers
with approved credit, payment terms are
net 30 days from date of invoice. If
Terms are not available, we also accept
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN
EXPRESS , COMPANY CHEQUE OR
PAYPAL, EFT prior to shipment.
Invoices unpaid by the due date may be
subject to a late payment charge and
may also result in delayed delivery of
subsequent orders OR put back on
C.O.D. Terms.
SHIPPING – Most popular in stock
items are shipped next day of receipt of
your order if received before 2:30PM
ET. Not all products in this Online store
may be in stock at all times. However,
these items can be “special ordered”
from our supplier and may be subject to
longer delivery time. Estimated delivery
times for custom, special or non-stock
orders are provided upon request. Any
extra charges for services requested by
Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside
delivery or pre-delivery notification are
payable by customer.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: RISK OF
LOSS – Customer should thoroughly
inspect all items for shipping damage
before accepting delivery. If damage has
occurred, Customer should note the
extent of the damage on the freight bill
and email One Source immediately. One
Source’s responsibility for loss or
damage ceases at the time the purchased
products are accepted for shipment by a
carrier. However, to accommodate our
customers, One Source will, when
notified promptly of a damaged
shipment on any of its designated
carriers at Customers request, file a
damage claim, issue credit for the
damaged goods and promptly arrange
for shipping of replacement goods.

3. Customer, in turn, shall at One Source’s sole
discretion return any or all of the damaged
goods as directed by One Source.
RETURNS – If for any reason, you are
dissatisfied with a product you received from
One Source, you may at any time within 15
days from your receipt of shipment return
such goods for a full credit, exchange or
refund upon written or digital confirmation
and a ‘Returned Goods Authorization’
number. The return of custom, special order
and made-to-order products is subject to the
prior approval and the returned goods policy
of the manufacturer. For all returns, simply
email One Source for a ‘Returned Goods
Authorization’ number and shipping
instructions prior to returning any products.
All returns must be accompanied with the
original packing slip and product
information to ensure a proper credit or
exchange. Returned products must be
shipped at cost by you, the customer, in
re-saleable condition, in original packaging
and are subject to inspection for damage or
misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
Products not returned within 15 days of
receipt will be subject to a restocking charge.
Returns of defective Goods such as
Respirators, undergarments and peripheral
computer products are contingent on the
manufacturer’s defective
and/or repair/replacement policies, which are
subject to change without notice. All returns
must be returned in the manufacturer’s
original packaging and must include all
components and other items originally
packaged with the product, including all
cables, software, manuals etc.—otherwise a
restocking charge may apply.
WARRANTIES – All products are warranted
for a period of one-year (1) by the
manufacturer to the extent of the
manufacturer’s express warranties to One
Source or (2) by One Source to be free from
defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty is
exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty,
express or implied, including, but not
limited to, any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
The sole and exclusive maximum liability
to One Source shall be the price of the
product ordered. One Source shall not
be liable under any circumstances for
consequential or incidental damages,
including but not limited to, labour costs
and loss of products arising in
connection with the use of or inability to
use products purchased from One
Source. One Source shall not be liable
for any delay in or impairment of
performance resulting from any
circumstances or causes beyond its
control in the conduct of its business
(force majeure).
