Adjusting to digital as a part of overall business, not just marketing isn’t a process that can have fixed goals. None of us knows what’s going to happen in 3 years time, let alone longer period. Instead, we should all focus on adjusting to this evergrowing tide of changes, to educate our teams and quickly and efficiently prepare ourselves for the change that will come – in order to truly succeed in these times.
