3. John 18:28 then the Jews led Jesus from Caiaphas to the palace of the Roman governor. By now it was early morning, and to avoid ceremonial uncleanness the Jews did not enter the palace…

4. John 18:29 So Pilate came out to them and asked, “What charges are you bringing against this man?” “ What is the Accusation?”

5. Gal. 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us , “ What is the Accusation?”

6. Dt. 21:22-23 If a man guilty of a capital offense is put to death and his body is hung on a tree, you must not leave his body on the tree overnight. Be sure to bury him that same day, because anyone who is hung on a tree is under God’s curse. “ What is the Accusation?”

7. Jn. 18:33 Pilate went back inside the palace, summoned Jesus and asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?” “ Are You King of the Jews?”

8. Matt. 27:11 “It is as you say.” “ Are You King of the Jews?”

9. John 18:34 “Is that your own idea or did others talk to you about me?” “ Are You King of the Jews?”

10. John 18:35 “Am I a Jew? It was your people and your chief priests who handed you over to me. What is it you have done?” “ Are You King of the Jews?”

11. John 18:36 “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now my kingdom is from another place.” “ Are You King of the Jews?”

12. John 18:37a “You are a king, then!” said Pilate. “ Are You King of the Jews?”

13. John 18:37b Jesus answered, “You are right in saying I am a king. In fact, for this reason I was born , and for this I came into the world , to testify to the truth . Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” “ Are You King of the Jews?”

14. John 18:38 “What is truth?” Pilate asked. “ Are You King of the Jews?”

15. John 18:39 “It is your custom for me to release to you one prisoner at the time of the Passover. Do you want me to release the king of the Jews?” Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

16. Jn. 18:40 They shouted back, “No, not him! Give us Barabbas!” Now Barabbas had taken part in a rebellion. Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

17. John 19:1 Then Pilate took Jesus and had him flogged . Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

18. John 19:2 The soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on his head. They clothed him in a purple robe and went up to him again and again, saying, “Hail, O king of the Jews!” And they struck him in the face . Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

19. John 19:6 As soon as the chief priests and their officials saw him, they shouted, “Crucify! Crucify!” Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

20. John 19:7 The Jews insisted, “We have a law, and according to that law he must die, because he claimed to be the Son of God.” Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

21. Jn. 19:8 When Pilate heard this, he was even more afraid … Shall I Release the King of the Jews?

22. John 19:9a Pilate went back inside the palace. “Where do you come from?” he asked Jesus… “ Where Are You From?”

23. John 19:9b but Jesus gave him no answer. “ Where Are You From?”

24. Isaiah 53:7 He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth ; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter ... “ Where Are You From?”

25. John 19:10 “Do you refuse to speak to me?” Pilate said. “Don’t you realize I have power either to free you or to crucify you?” “ Where Are You From?”

26. John 19:11 Jesus answered, “You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.” “ Where Are You From?”

27. Matt. 27:24 When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “ I am innocent of this man’s blood. It is your responsibility .” “ Where Are You From?”

28. Matt. 27:25 All the people answered, “Let his blood be on us and on our children!” “ Where Are You From?”
