2. Job Responsibilities
CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
 Responsible for Chemical parameters analysis (wet analysis) of raw water and
Drinking Water (Packaged drinking water). Measuring the level of Water quality
conditions for Chemical parameters Test like PH, TDS, Turbidity, Total Alkalinity,
Chlorine residual, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Chloride, Sulphate, Manganese,
Nitrate, Nitrite, Anionic surface active
 Responsible for Conduct production water testing as scheduled and report any
discrepancies or out of specifications immediately.
 Responsible for Perform cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of the
laboratories including premises, apparatus, glassware and equipment as well as
calibration / verification of laboratory equipment and to maintain their records. And
maintenance of cGLP, cGMP in respective area
 Responsible for preparation of reagents and volumetric solution, indicator solutions.
 Responsible for maintenance of documents of work carried out.
MICROBIOLOGY ANALYSIS
 Measuring the level of microorganism in source water and treated water like
Microbiological parameters like Escherichia coli, Coliform, Aerobic
Microbial count, Yeast and MouldS, Pseudomonas, Sulphite reducing
anaerobes.
 Responsible for Execution of analysis on instruments like PH meter, Turbidity
meter, UV-Spectrophotometer, Weighing balance,Autoclave,Colony counts,
Anionic surface active apparatus,Laminor air flow chamber.
 To do the stability testing of laboratory batches. Commercial batches and other
stability samples
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT ANALYSIS
 Active participation in QIT (Quality Improvement Team) projects and QC projects
 Checking Effluent collecting tank level and clearance by Filter press method
 Analysis the Tea Effluent in all stages like Raw Effluent sample, UASB, Aeration, MBR
& RO Samples
 Testing all the samples like BOD,COD,DO, TDS ,pH and Conductivity etc.,
 Issuing Material Request for Chemicals and other required material
 To study the performance of Process and ETP plants and submission of Project
report to Senior Manager
 Assist an internal and external auditing, Good housekeeping ,Understanding , timely
working & good team play
