● Le « Multi-factor authentification » (MFA) au « Authentification multi-facteurs » en
français permet d’accroitre la sécurité des comptes utilisateurs en les protégeant des
menaces les plus communes (phishing, piratage de compte etc)
● Le MFA requiert que les utilisateurs fournissent au moins deux preuves (facteurs) de
leur identité :
➢ Ainsi, même si le mot de passe de l’utilisateur est volé il est très peu probable que la
personne ayant volé le mot de passe puisse obtenir le second facteur
8. Quels changements pour les utilisateurs ?
● Les utilisateurs pourront toujours continuer à accéder à Salesforce normalement
après le 1er février 2022 et cela même si le MFA n’est pas activé sur l’environnement

9. Quels changements pour les utilisateurs ?
Une fois le MFA activé, l’utilisateur verra l’écran ci-contre à sa
première connexion. 2 possibilités :
● Si il dispose de l’application Salesforce Authenticator, il pourra
alors suivre les instructions pour se connecter
● Si il dispose d’un autre outils de MFA, il pourra cliquer en bas de
page sur « Sélectionner une autre méthode de vérification »
10. Quelles actions pour l’administrateur ?
● L’activation du MFA se fait dans les « Autorisations Système » (General User Permissions)
des profils Salesforce
● Les « Autorisations Système » ne peuvent pas être modifiées sur les profils standards
● Deux options pour attribuer l’autorisation :
○ Option 1 (option recommandée) : Créer un ensemble d’autorisation et l’attribuer à tous les
