  • About Professional Manufacturing Manager with 20 years of manufacturing experience including 10 years working for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in several management and quality positions. I have had success in all aspects of manufacturing from supervising, quality, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Management, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Inventory control, team building, coaching and counseling. I continue to work with Lean & Continuous Improvement techniques such as Kaizen, one piece flow, cellular manufacturing, VSM, etc. Believe strongly in Servant Leadership and the value that each Team Member brings to the organization regardless of their position.
