Leaders =change
Too much status quo---not enough change.
When the outside world is fast changing and the inside world is stagnant—that’s not a good thing.
Companies eventually die ---if they don’t keep changing and in some cases reinventing themselves.
Too much change—chaos and confusions.
Some companies can’t keep up with all the change initiatives they are pursuing.
One executive said—It’s hard to remember all the names of the change initiatives we have going on.
Must be both manager and leader.
Need to get the balance right.
