I am a copywriter and content creator.
▶ What does it mean?
I write copy that convince people to do things. Usually things they haven't been that keen to do.... like use the new IT system, or read the new health and safety rules document. The ability to to make people act is the difference between success and a lot less success. Of course, copy doesn't do this alone. All brand work is a team effort and it needs other heads. But it is a very important part.
