  4. 4. BUILT HERITAGE • Campanario de Dumaguete built 1760 • Santa Catalina de Alejandria Parish / Cathedral - Where we hold our Sunday Masses. • Rizal Boulevard - 780 meters then. Still constructing and possibly the beautiful boulevard in the region. • Silliman University - built in 1901. Pioneering American School • St.Paul University - built in 1904. Pioneering Catholic School in Negros Island • Chinese Bell Church 1973
  5. 5. • Freedom Park - Where the annual Buglasan event is held / Octoberfest celebration and other events. • Quezon Park 1916- Where Tayada sa Plaza is held. • Old Banica Bridge –After World War II • Katipunan Hall - old hospital located inside Silliman University, now an Office of the Filipino/Ed. Dept. • St. Louis School Don Bosco 1967 • Avenue Park Hotel • Old Historical Marker in Veterans Ave 1945
