Our entire strategic process is about developing and launching your ideas in a meaningful, memorable and sustainable way. Workshop: We lead an interactive session using an innovative Brand Strategy Canvas to identify and explore your key opportunities and challenges. This is a unique toolset developed by our team based on extensive real world experience and our success developing and launching global brands. This is our first opportunity to identify where and how strategic design thinking will add value to your ideas. Research: In-depth exploration to supplement the discussion from the brand strategy session. We dive deep into understanding your customer segments, your industry, key partners, competitors and co-opetition. Guided by human-centred design thinking, interviews and observation, we put ourselves in the shoes of your key stakeholders to understand and gain insights from many points of view. Brainstorm: As a creative team, we distill all elements and findings from the Discovery process into a series of iterative brainstorms. Our diverse, experienced team ensures fresh, creative thinking that informs purposeful brand strategy, visual identity and creative messaging.

Our process involves a consideration of business objectives and the thinking that will define foundations for building an iconic brand well into the future. Development: Anchored by our findings in the Discovery phase, our team will begin to imaginatively shape and craft concepts for brand strategy, visual identity, and creative messaging. Presentation: Our strongest ideas are packaged and communicated in a clear, practical format. We present a series of options showing exactly how we intend to develop your idea to a globally loved brand. The presentation involves a series of exciting original concepts, mockups, messaging, design thinking concepts, as well as key communication styles to engage your audiences at an emotional level. Refinement: With your feedback, the best ideas are evolved and refined until we have arrived at a unique, remarkable, and memorable creative solution that addresses all the strategic criteria and project objectives.

Strategic design proactively addresses all of these touchpoints and is guided by empathy for user experiences. Touchpoints: At this stage of the process, we align our creative ideas around brand strategy, visual identity and messaging with the direct, practical needs and expectations of your clients and customers. Our role is to help surprise and delight anyone who interacts with your brand. Assets: We define and craft a comprehensive series of branded creative deliverables. For each project this involves a unique set of design work to match strategic objectives and customer journeys. It will involve dozens of digital and print, online and offline branded assets to ensure every experience is consistent and impressive. These are supplied as unlocked InDesign templates, enabling your designers to edit and produce high quality material following the newly established brand guidelines. Results: Our major deliverable is the Brand Strategy & Guidelines document. This presentation captures all the thinking, strategy, messaging, technical guidelines, research and creative design work that has been developed throughout the project. It is supported by original unlocked Indesign files & templates which become your platform for any ongoing design work. Unlike most other brand development firms, we also provide full transfer of copyright so all assets and files produced are 100% owned by you upon project completion.

Together with our local UAE team Sui Generis we helped develop a brighter style with the introduction of original characters and illustrated elements. The ongoing project involves hundreds of signage items in themed areas, promotional items, kiosks and event marketing, with a website and app coming in the near future. All items were created in both English and Arabic.
