So are CVBs wasting their money on expensive BID brochures? If associations
already have a strong idea where they want to hold their meeting?
How do associations source for a venue and destination? Do venues and
convention/tourism bureaus promote themselves enough?
if content is well presented the furniture on stage won't distract attention -
why not being a bit different in terms od chairs on stage? #innovation
Role of CVB is important. But how important are CVBs for the associations ?
Martin Sirk - not convinced. Know lots of CVBs who complain about lack of
transparency from associations about their realistic prospects of success.
Need honesty/transparency on all sides.
