Dashboard reporting
Performance results are presented using our
new customer dashboard. Performance is
shown at retail unit level and allows the user
(customer or account team) to segment results
including geography, type, and opening times.
You will see the results for each building and
you filter or use options to configure your
analysis further.
Each dashboard is unique to that customer. It
provides a new digital data layer for accounts to
use throughout the year and will show trend and
change from year to year if repeated.
Summary presentation
Our summary presentation will highlight to
you, further insight based on our deeper
analysis of the results. This individual
analysis is undertaken by one of our
consultants. It is designed to provide both a
context for the results, and how to interpret
them and our findings based on additional
segmental analysis of the data.
We will focus on the most important metrics
for each segment as these are the key
factors affecting performance.
This report will include account team
commentary where appropriate to add depth
and richness to the quantitative data.
