Summary presentation
Our summary presentation will highlight to you,
further insight based on our deeper analysis of the
results. This individual analysis is undertaken by
one of our consultants. It is designed to provide
both a context for the results, and how to interpret
them and our findings based on additional
segmental analysis of the data.
We will focus on the most important metrics for
each building, as these are the key factors affecting
performance.
This report will include account team commentary
where appropriate to add depth and richness to the
quantitative data.

Dashboard reporting
Performance results are presented using our new
customer dashboard. Performance is shown at
building level and portfolio level and allows the
user (customer or account team) to segment
results using the building comparison tool.
Building level reports can be printed using our
printable summary page.
You will see the results for each building and you
filter or use options to configure your analysis
further.
Each dashboard is unique to that customer. It
provides a new digital data layer for accounts to
use throughout the year and will show trend and
change from year to year if repeated.

Country summary
The executive summary page for a
country. It highlights key insights based
on our deeper analysis of the results. You
can see on the same page, country level
performance and the individual buildings
driving that performance.
Segment buildings by tenure and building
type and look at different metrics including
cost per seat, cost per person and space
per person.
Building comparison
Compare up to five buildings side by
side. Choose which buildings to
compare and which measures to use.
This is great for undertaking segmental
analysis by cost type, geography, size or
even service levels.
Building summary
Drill into each building to see its own
unique performance to a local benchmark.
Performance trees provide a unique
intuitive summary visual. The core metrics
are sat alongside and color is used
throughout to aid understanding.
Every cost and every space metric is
reported including desk utilization.
Space and cost savings are shown as
headline figures to give improve the
context of the results.

Download building reports in PDF

Print individual building reports.

Summary
Results are contained on a single page. Quickly
move around your results using tabs. Charts show
retail unit performance to benchmark.
Individual branches can be selected by clicking on a
chart.
Segment results, by using a range of filters,
including unit type, location, tenure opening hours.
Donuts charts enable fast filtering to be applied.
Charts can be enlarged for easier reading and
analysis.
Zooming into the map, resets the charts to show
only those units displayed on the map at that time.
Expanding the detail
Individual unit performance can be viewed by
selecting a unit on the map. The pop-up reveals
detailed information about the retail unit, including
all performance measures and benchmarks.
Competitor data is available both on the map, charts
and pop-ups where publicly available.
Additional data layers can be added, including
formal statistical data such as purchasing power per
capita.
Linking to Street View
Use the link to street view to access Google maps
and view the retail unit from the street.
In some countries, you can now use a time shift
function to see how the retail area is changing over
time.

Commentaries What did not work well while working from
home
• Lack of community
• Social interaction with colleagues, being stuck at home with family all the
time is limiting
• Client meetings are a challenge
• Clients don't always have the technology available to them to connect and
collaborate remotely
• The constant VC environment is a bit soul destroying, the human contact and
spontaneity is missing. The biscuit jar is too tempting!
• No face to face contact
• Connectivity issues, VPN instability, access to shared drive, time to upload and
download
• Sometime end up working more without breaks. Difficultto switch between office
and home mode
• It takes more effort to balance when the working day stops and when the personal
time begins especially when you have no other responsibilitiessuch as children,
etc. and you live in relativelysmall flat
• Computer is always on, you work without adequate breaks, especiallyif you are
managing global teams
• Childcare, looking after the family and working is challenging
• Distractions as school has been closed and they have not set up home learning
correctly, causing more time to be spent overseeing them
• Costs of utilities are higher than commute
• Working in the office can be more productive due to the amazing space
• During the COVID response specifically,with the stay at home orders, disruptions
to normal childcare/ school, limited social interactions, and demanding business
environment it is challengingall around from maintainingwork life balance to
managing stress and trying to focus on well-beingand staying healthy.

• Lack of commute
• Flexible working hours

• We have the right corporate culture, tools & leadership support to
enable working from home
• No commute
• More time to spend with family
• Connectivity, access to software, the hardware provided by JLL, the
amount of communications and information received by JLL in general
and the support from leadership has been great so far. I have had
access to all the tools I need to work from home
• Teams and team collaboration works well and my team is working well
I think through current unusual circumstances
• Can get up an hour later
• Team chat reduces emails
• Technology, by and large is working well, but this is also because I
have purchased my own set up - monitor, monitor arm, wireless
keyboard, mouse and ergonomic chair.
• Increased productivity and fewer distractions
• Flexibility to work early or late and without impact on family life
• Having enough space and garden to exercise works well
• Technology is working surprisingly well

All rights reserved. 5 Example outputs Summary presentation Our summary presentation will highlight to you, further insight based on our deeper analysis of the results. This individual analysis is undertaken by one of our consultants. It is designed to provide both a context for the results, and how to interpret them and our findings based on additional segmental analysis of the data. We will focus on the most important metrics for each building, as these are the key factors affecting performance. This report will include account team commentary where appropriate to add depth and richness to the quantitative data. 5 Dashboard reporting Performance results are presented using our new customer dashboard. Performance is shown at building level and portfolio level and allows the user (customer or account team) to segment results using the building comparison tool. Building level reports can be printed using our printable summary page. You will see the results for each building and you filter or use options to configure your analysis further. Each dashboard is unique to that customer. It provides a new digital data layer for accounts to use throughout the year and will show trend and change from year to year if repeated.
  • 6. 1 - Multinational Benchmarking Office Dashboard Country summary The executive summary page for a country. It highlights key insights based on our deeper analysis of the results. You can see on the same page, country level performance and the individual buildings driving that performance. Segment buildings by tenure and building type and look at different metrics including cost per seat, cost per person and space per person. Building comparison Compare up to five buildings side by side. Choose which buildings to compare and which measures to use. This is great for undertaking segmental analysis by cost type, geography, size or even service levels. Building summary Drill into each building to see its own unique performance to a local benchmark. Performance trees provide a unique intuitive summary visual. The core metrics are sat alongside and color is used throughout to aid understanding. Every cost and every space metric is reported including desk utilization. Space and cost savings are shown as headline figures to give improve the context of the results. Printable building report Download building reports in PDF format. Print individual building reports. Quickly move around your results using tabs. Charts show retail unit performance to benchmark. Individual branches can be selected by clicking on a chart. Segment results, by using a range of filters, including unit type, location, tenure opening hours. Donuts charts enable fast filtering to be applied. Charts can be enlarged for easier reading and analysis. Zooming into the map, resets the charts to show only those units displayed on the map at that time. Expanding the detail Individual unit performance can be viewed by selecting a unit on the map. The pop-up reveals detailed information about the retail unit, including all performance measures and benchmarks. Competitor data is available both on the map, charts and pop-ups where publicly available. Additional data layers can be added, including formal statistical data such as purchasing power per capita. Linking to Street View Use the link to street view to access Google maps and view the retail unit from the street. All rights reserved. 1 Commentaries What did not work well while working from home • Lack of community • Social interaction with colleagues, being stuck at home with family all the time is limiting • Client meetings are a challenge • Clients don't always have the technology available to them to connect and collaborate remotely • The constant VC environment is a bit soul destroying, the human contact and spontaneity is missing. The biscuit jar is too tempting! • No face to face contact • Connectivity issues, VPN instability, access to shared drive, time to upload and download • Sometime end up working more without breaks. Difficultto switch between office and home mode • It takes more effort to balance when the working day stops and when the personal time begins especially when you have no other responsibilitiessuch as children, etc. and you live in relativelysmall flat • Computer is always on, you work without adequate breaks, especiallyif you are managing global teams • Childcare, looking after the family and working is challenging • Distractions as school has been closed and they have not set up home learning correctly, causing more time to be spent overseeing them • Costs of utilities are higher than commute • Working in the office can be more productive due to the amazing space • During the COVID response specifically,with the stay at home orders, disruptions to normal childcare/ school, limited social interactions, and demanding business environment it is challengingall around from maintainingwork life balance to managing stress and trying to focus on well-beingand staying healthy. What are you looking forward to when returning to the office • Meeting people and free coffee • More flexible workstyle • Gossip • Social interaction with colleagues • Better connectivity • Dressing up What will you miss most when you return to the office • Lack of commute • Flexible working hours • Extra family time that was saved by not having to travel What worked well while working from home • We have the right corporate culture, tools & leadership support to enable working from home • No commute • More time to spend with family • Connectivity, access to software, the hardware provided by JLL, the amount of communications and information received by JLL in general and the support from leadership has been great so far.
