5 On the right track To be doing something in a way that will bring good results
6 Don't sweat it Something that you say in order to tell someone not to worry
7  Ahead of the curve If you want to agree strongly with what someone has said
8 Broke Completely broke; without any money.
9 Beats Me Something that you say when you cannot understand something
10 I Don't Buy it Not accept something (to be true).
11 Keep Your Cool To stay calm and undisturbed.
12 Out of Sorts If you are feeling a bit upset and depressed, you are out of sorts.
13 Good For You A complimentary expression of encouragement for something that someone has done or
received.
14 Stay on your toes Aware and energetic
15 Shotgun Giving actual or figurative support or aid to someone in a situation or project

To think and react quickly, especially in a situation where things are happening very fast
9 Blow you away To overwhelm a person; to excite a person very much ; to be carried away by the wind.
10 All or nothing Time to choose to do something or not to do it. Completely or not at all 
11 Come On To begin to work at one's scheduled time. ; tell the truth
12 Never mind Do not worry about someone or something 
13 If You Insist A vague phrase answering yes to a question that asks whether one should do something.
14 Know the ropes Knowledge of how to do something; how to work something.
15 Better than Nothing Having something that is not satisfactory is better than having nothing at all.

9 It's a Deal Okay.; It is agreed.
10 Don't Be a Stranger  Keep in touch, let's keep in contact even though we're parting.
11 Let's Go Fifty- Fifty Even or equal ; if something is divided fifty-fifty, it is divided equally between two people. 
12 Good for Nothing A person, usually a man, who is lazy and does not do anything useful.
13 You're Telling Me I know all too well the truth of what you are saying. 
14 Get a Life To do something different ; to have fun.
15 Don't Joke To make a joke that tricks someone.

14 Clinch a deal You reach agreement on a proposal or offer.
15 A calculated risk A chance taken after careful estimation of the probable outcome

process.

unfair or harm other people 
13 Get to the Point  To arrive at a discussion or explanation of the purpose of something.
14 Down to Earth A person who is approachable, unpretentious, authentic, genuine, not snobby and not arrogant. ;
"Down to Earth" means realistic, practical, everyday.
