A Harvard Business study revealed remarkable statistics relating to goal setting and success. 83% of the population does not have goals. 14% have a plan in mind, but are unwritten goals. 3**% have goals written down.

But, what exactly is a goal, and how do you know when you have achieved it?  Goals should be SMART. Setting goals is a way to focus your attention on what you want in the future. If you are not specific, you will never know where you are going. It would be like trying to follow a map that has no street names

NO GOALS!!  People with goals can see what they eventually want to achieve and they can see just how to get there.
