In early 2011, comprehensive financial reform pilot area was established in Wenzhou and
Shenzhen issued “opinions on strengthening financial services to support for economic
development in a number of entities", which marked a new round of financial reform. To better
serve the real economy, financial reform will accelerate its financial innovation, develop direct
financing, establish and improve the multi-level capital market system. As an important link of

market expansion and the improvement of market efficiency, the futures industry is expected to
