tàu chuyên dụng phục vụ công tác dịch vụ dầu
khí cùng với hệ thống cảng, nhà xưởng, kho bãi
chế tạo, để lưu trữ và trung chuyển vật tư thiết
bị và rất nhiều tài sản, máy móc thiết bị chuyên
dụng có giá trị cao để phục vụ tất cả các công việc
nội bộ của Vietsovpetro cũng như cung cấp dịch
vụ cho các công ty dầu khí khác trong khu vực.
Vietsovpetro đã phát hiện 9 mỏ dầu có giá
trị thương mại và nhiều cấu tạo chứa dầu, trong
đó Bạch Hổ là mỏ lớn nhất, có trữ lượng dầu tập
trung chủ yếu ở tầng đá móng Granit. Đây là
hiện tượng đặc biệt, chưa từng gặp ở hơn 400
mỏ và hơn 50 bể trầm tích đã được phát hiện tại
khu vực vành đai Tây Bắc cung Thái Bình Dương.
Tính đến giữa năm 2015, Vietsovpetro đã khai
thác được hơn 215 triệu tấn dầu thô, vận chuyển
hơn30tỷm3
khívềbờ,đạtdoanhthutrên66tỷUSD.
Với những thành tựu trên, Liên doanh Việt - Nga
Vietsovptro đang là đơn vị khai thác dầu khí hoạt
động hiệu quả nhất trong lĩnh vực dầu khí tại Việt
Nam, đã được Đảng và Nhà nước Việt Nam hai lần
phong tặng danh hiệu Anh hùng Lao động, Huân
chương Hồ Chí Minh và Huân chương Sao Vàng.
Cùng với các hoạt động tìm kiếm-thăm dò-
khai thác dầu khí, Vietsovpetro đã tận dụng thế
mạnh về cơ sở vật chất và kinh nghiệm của mình
để phát triển lĩnh vực cung cấp dịch vụ dầu khí
cho các công ty dầu khí trong và ngoài nước. Dưới
đây là một số ví dụ về các lĩnh vực Vietsovpetro
đã tham gia đấu thầu và hoàn thành nhiều dự
án dịch vụ quan trọng cho các công ty dầu khí
đang hoạt động trên thềm lục địa Việt Nam:
Liên doanh Việt - Nga Vietsovpetro được
thành lập ngày 19/6/1981 và hoạt động trên cơ
sở các Hiệp định Liên Chính phủ được ký kết
giữa Việt Nam và Liên Xô (1981), Việt Nam và Liên
bang Nga (2010) về hợp tác tìm kiếm - thăm dò
và khai thác dầu khí trên thềm lục địa Việt Nam.
Hiện tại, Vietsovpetro có 18 đơn vị thành viên
với chức năng phối hợp thực hiện các hoạt động
tìm kiếm, thăm dò và khai thác dầu khí. Đội ngũ
lao động quốc tế bao gồm gần 8.000 cán bộ công
nhân viên có trình độ chuyên môn, tay nghề cao,
giàu kinh nghiệm, đủ năng lực đảm đương toàn
bộ từ khâu tìm kiếm thăm dò đến khai thác và xuất
khẩu dầu thô, không chỉ cho riêng Vietsovpetro,
mà còn có khả năng cung cấp dịch vụ ngoài cho
các công ty dầu khí khác trong và ngoài nước.
Sau hơn 30 năm hoạt động, Vietsovpetro đã
khảosáthơn115ngànkmtuyếnđịachấn2Dvàgần
100 ngàn km địa chấn 3D; đã khoan hơn 400 giếng
khoan tìm kiếm - thăm dò và từ đó đã khoan hơn
400 giếng khai thác; đã sửa chữa lớn hàng trăm
giếng khai thác để khôi phục, gia tăng sản lượng
khai thác dầu khí. Tại mỏ Bạch Hổ và mỏ Rồng đã
xây dựng, quản lý và vận hành tổ hợp các công
trình khai thác dầu khí biển, bao gồm 13 giàn khai
thác cố định, 19 giàn nhẹ, 02 giàn công nghệ trung
tâm, 03 giàn nén khí, 02 giàn ép nước để duy trì
áp suất vỉa và 3 trạm rót dầu không bến. Toàn bộ
các công trình biển được kết nối bởi các hệ thống
đườngốngngầmnộimỏvàliênmỏdàiđến750km.
Ngoài ra, Vietsovpetro cũng đang sở hữu và
vận hành 04 giàn khoan tự nâng, 03 tàu cẩu với
sức nâng lên đến 1200MT, 01 xà lan hạ thủy, 15

• Thiết kế - lên dự toán cho các giếng khoan tìm kiếm, thăm dò cho
công tyVRJ, PIDC, cho giàn nhẹ do Petronas quản lý.

Sửa chữa và vận hành mỏ :
• Cung cấp dịch vụ vận hành mỏ cho các công ty Hoàn Vũ JOC, VRJ,
Hoàng Long JOC, Thăng Long JOC, Petronas và công trình thu gom
khí của PV Gas.
Xây dựng và lắp đặt các công trình dầu khí biển :
• Xâydựngvàlắpđặtđườngốngdẫnkhí PM3-CàMau,NamCônSơn;
• Xây dựng và lắp đặt giàn cho JVPC, CLJOC, HL - HV JOC;
• Xây dựng giàn Đại Hùng - 02 ở độ sâu 111m nước;

warehouses and fabrication yards; as well as nu-
merousvaluableassets,specializedequipmentto
support Vietsovpetro’ operations, and provision
of services to other O&G companies in the region.
Vietsovpetro has discovered 9 oil fields of
commercial value and many hydrocarbon be-
aring formations, of which White Tiger field has
the largest reserves with its oil concentrated on
the granite basement. The existence of oil on
the granite basement has been recognized as a
unique phenomenon among the 400 wells and
50 basins under the sedimentary cover explo-
red in the Northwest zone of the Pacific Ocean.
By June 2015, Vietsovpetro has produced
over 215 million tons of crude oil and transpor-
ted to shore over 30 billion cubic meters of gas,
accounting for over 66 billion USD of turnover.
With these achievements, Vietsovpetro has
been recognized as the leading O&G company in
Vietnamforitsefficiencyinoperation.Ithastwice
been granted the title of Labor Hero, Ho Chi Minh
MedalandSaoVangMedalbytheVietnamesego-
vernment and the Vietnamese Party Committee.
Along with exploration and production
activities, Vietsovpetro has been able to uti-
lize its equipment, facilities and experience
to facilitate service provisions for other O&G
companies both domestically and interna-
tionally. Below are the examples of services
that Vietsovpetro has bid and successful-
ly completed for O&G operators in Vietnam:
TheJointVentureVietsovpetrowasestablished
on19/06/1981onthebasisoftheIntergovernmen-
tal Agreements signed between Vietnam and the
Soviet Union in 1981, and between Vietnam and
the Russian Federation in 2010 under the aegis
of cooperation in petroleum exploration and
production on the continental shelf of Vietnam.
Today, Vietsovpetro consists of 18 subsidiary
divisions having the collaborative function of pe-
troleum exploration and production activities of
the Joint Venture. Vietsovpetro is also the home
of a highly qualified, experienced international
working team of nearly 8000 professionals, ca-
pable of fulfilling a wide spectrum of O&G activi-
ties for Vietsovpetro, as well as other O&G com-
panies both domestically and internationally.
For over 30 years of , Vietsovpetro has con-
ducted more than 115,000 km of 2-D and over
100,000 km2
of 3-D seismic surveys; drilled over
400 exploratory wells and 400 production wells,
performed workover for hundreds of produc-
tion wells to improve oil recovery and increase
production output. In White Tiger and Dragon
oil fields, Vietsovpetro has constructed and is
currently operating and managing a system
of 13 fixed platforms, 19 wellhead platforms,
02 central processing platforms, 03 comple-
te gas compressor stations, 02 water injection
platforms and 03 FSOs. These facilities are in-

Trang bị kỹ thuật :
Toàn bộ các phòng ban củaViện được trang bị hệ thống máy
tính với các module phần mềm mạnh, giúp tính toán các thông
số kỹ thuật một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả. Các nghiên cứu
phòng thí nghiệm được thực hiện trên các máy móc chuyên dụng
vớisaisốnhỏnhấtvàcôngnăngcaonhất.Vớitrạmmáytínhhiện
đạiWorkstation cho phép xử lý, minh giải và tính toán các số liệu
trong lĩnh vực địa chất - địa vật lý.
Phần mềm :
Công nghệ thông tin được áp dụng trong mọi lĩnh vực hoạt
động của Viện với việc trang bị các phần mềm thương mại thế
giới sử dụng trong công tác tính toán sản xuất.Trong số đó có các
phầnmềmthươngmạinhưCMGdùngmôhìnhthủyđộnglựchọc
khai thác mỏ, OILTEST, PANSYSTEM trong xử lý số liệu nghiên cứu
giếng. HYSYS sử dụng trong mô hình công nghệ thu gom xử lý
chấtlưu.Cácbộphậnthiếtkếđượchỗtrợbởichươngtrìnhtínhtải
trọng CEASAR, tính kết cấu STAAD III… và hàng loạt các chương
trình khác.

Technical equipment
All subsidiary departments of the Science Research & Engi-
neering institute are equipped with powerful software module
operated computers to help calculate technical parameters in a
fast and efficient way. The lab experiments are performed with
specialized equipment that help minimize inaccuracy and maxi-
mize efficiency in research and studies. The Science Research &
Engineering institute also employs a state-of-the-art Worksta-
tion for processing the geological and geo-physical data.
Software
Information technology is applied to all activities of the
Science Research & Engineering institute with the use of inter-
national commercial software in production calculations such as
CMG used in field development, IOLTEST, and PANSYSTEM used
in processing well study data. HYSYS is used in waste collection
and treatment technology. The design and engineering sectors
aresupportedwithloadcalculationsoftwareCEASAR, STAADfor
integrity calculation, as well as many other software programs
such as GEOFRAME, CEMCADE, QUESTOR, RMS, BASROC, SEAM,
BOCAD, AUTO CAD, OLGA, OFFPIPE, STAAD PRO, SACS, and SAGE
PROFILE.
Manpower
The Science Research & Engineering institute employs a
team of many PhDs, experienced and leading experts who have
greatly contributed to the development of the national oil & gas
industry.

• Dịch vụ kết nối, phát triển mỏ;

gaslift, xử lý acid vùng cận đáy, đo khảo sát các thông số giếng
khoan để tối ưu hóa chế độ khai thác, kéo dài tuổi thọ giếng và
nâng cao hệ số thu hồi dầu;
• Bảo dưỡng hệ thống báo khí, báo cháy (Fire & Gas); lắp đặt, bảo
dưỡng tủ điều khiển đầu giếng (Wellhead Control Panel);
• Cung cấp dịch vụ kỹ thuật, máy móc thiết bị, nhân lực phục vụ cho
hoạt động thăm dò, khai thác và vận chuyển dầu khí.

NĂNG LỰC & THIẾT BỊ CÔNG NGHỆ :
Xí nghiệp Khai thác dầu khí, với hơn 1.800 cán bộ công
nhânviên,đangquảnlývàvậnhành13giàncốđịnhcócông
suất khai thác 20 ngàn tấn dầu/ ngày đêm; 19 giàn đầu
giếngWHP với số giếng khai thác bình quân một giàn là 12
giếng; 2 cụm giàn Công nghệ trung tâm có công suất xử lý
40 ngàn tấn dầu/ngày đêm; 2 giàn bơm nước ép vỉa có công
suất 70 ngàn m3
/ngày đêm; 3 trạm rót dầu không bến FSO
có tổng sức chứa hơn 450 ngàn tấn; hơn 250 km đường ống
ngầm vận chuyển dầu, khí, nước nội mỏ.
Tính đến thời điểm hiện tại, Xí nghiệp đã khai thác được
hơn 215 triệu tấn dầu thô, đã thu gom và đưa vào bờ trên 30
tỷ mét khối khí đồng hành.
CAPABILITIES AND FACILITIES
The OGPE, the home of nearly 1,800 employees, is cur-
rently managing and operating a system of 13 fixed plat-
forms with the production capacity of 20.000 tons of crude
oil per day, 19 wellhead platforms (WHP) with the average
number of 12 production wells per platform, 2 central pro-
cessing platforms with the processing capacity of 40.000
tons of crude oil per day, 2 water injection platforms with
the capacity of 70.000 cubic meters per day, 3 FSOs with
storage capacity of over 450.000 tons, as well as over 250
kilometers of subsea infield pipeline for oil, gas and water
transportation.
To date, the OPGE has produced over 215 million tons of
crude oil, utilized and transported to shore over 30 billion
cubic meters of associated gas.

CAPABILITIES AND FACILITIES
DWD manages and operates 04 jack-up rigs with state-of-
-the-art equipment: Tam Dao 01, Tam Dao 02, Tam Dao 03,
and Cuu Long. The new jack-up rig, Tam Dao 05, is currently
under construction.The division also manages 06 Uranmash-
-3D drilling systems, 2 satellite platforms for well workover
including MMWU-01, MMWU-02, as well as an onshore se-
rvice base with various workshops, a directional drilling de-
partment, a drilling fluid department, 7 drilling teams and 2
well work-over teams. With all the above facilities and man-
power, the DWD is capable of providing turnkey package as
well as separate drilling services.
PROVISION OF SERVICES
The DWD is able to provide the following services:
• Drilling and well workover up to 9,114 meters in depth;
• Directional and horizontal drilling up to 90 degrees;
• Fishing service during workover and drilling operation;
• Supplyofmanpowerfordrillingandwellworkoveroperation;
• Downhole cementing and cement testing for casing string
services;
• Drilling fluid services;
• Supply of drill pipes, casing, and casing heads;
• Repair, and renew thread of coupling, drilling pipe and dril-
ling equipment in accordance with API standard;
• Repair and maintenance of drilling tools, PDM, drilling jars,
fishing jars, and sampling tools;
• Non-destructive tests, pressure tests of drilling equipment.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
The Gas Facility Management Division is Vietsovpetro’s sole
subsidiary division responsible for the following gas-related
activities:
• Gathering of gas, operation maintenance of gas
compressor stations;
• Provision of gas-related technical services;
• Gas project management and operation.
. Gas Facility Management Division currently manages and
operates 3 gas compressor stations which are controlled by PLC
software with total capacity of 10,1 million m3
/day at the maxi-
mum compressed pressure of 125 bar, including:
+ Central Compressor Platform (CCP)

+ Centrifugal Gas Compressor Platform (CGCP)

NĂNG LỰC THIẾT BỊ CÔNG NGHỆ :
Quản lý và vận hành 04 trạm và máy giếng Halli-
burton, 02 tổ hợp đo địa vật lý giếng thân trần của Hu-
anding, 06 trạm Karat và máy Nga thế hệ mới phục vụ
nhu cầu khảo sát Carota tổng hợp trên 11 giàn khoan
cùng một lúc, thiết bị đo địa chấn giếng khoan thẳng
đứng(VSP)hiệnđạicủahãngAvalonSciences,cácthiết
bị Sondex và Computalog cho các đội kiểm tra khai
thác, các trạm Geoservices thế hệ mới ALS-02, ALS-03
cho đội Carota khí, các thiết bị thử vỉa của Halliburton,
PowerWell,World OilTools, các phần mềm xử lý tài liệu
của Halliburton, Kappa, Senergy, Schlumberger cùng
vớinguồnnhânlựccóchấtlượngcao,cácchuyêngiacó

CAPABILITIES AND FACILITIES
The LTD has employed a large number of highly qualified per-
sonnel and internationally accredited experts. It has also managed
anonshoreservicebasewithstate-of-the-artequipmentincluding
4 Halliburton’s down-hole logging survey stations, 2 Huanding’s
open hole logging systems, 6 Karats and Russian new-generation
system for mud logging simultaneously in 11 platforms, Avalon
ScienceVertical Seismic Survey System, the Sondex and Computa-
log equipment for the work of the production inspection teams,
the new-generation Geoservices equipment ALS-02, ALS-03 for
the work of the well testing team, document process softwares by
Halliburton, Kappa, Senergy, and Schlumburger.

Given the fully equipped marine fleet and experienced crew,
Vietsovpetro’s MarineTransport Diving Division is capable of

• Supply of pipe-laying vessels (Truong Sa, Con Son);
• Supply of crane barges, supply vessels to support construc-
tion, installation, and repair of offshore structures;
• Supply of captain advisors, towmasters, rigmovers for ma-

Vietsovpetro’s Port Logistics Division manages the following as-

demand of staff conveyance, loading and offloading transpor-
tation cargoes for all the subsidiary divisions of Vietsovpetro. On
average, the division transports over 300 thousand tonnes of
goods a year;The Division bases its operation in a sizeable area,
along the main avenue of the city. It owns and manages state-
-of-the-artfacilitiesandfullyintegratedspecializedequipment.A
team of highly qualified and experienced specialists and workers
conduct the division’s operation with dedication. The automobile
transportation division is also the home of a modern repair and
maintenance workshop, along with a storage area of fuel and
spare parts to ensure timely logistic services for vehicle repair and

The main activities of the Medical Service Centre include
provision of holistic and well-rounded healthcare services for
all Vietsovpetro’s personnel and their families as well as for
other Petrovietnam’s subsidiaries and external customers.The
Centre also provides disease prevention plans and solutions,
community sanitation, industrial sanitation, nutrition sanita-
tion services.

CAPABILITIES AND FACILITIES
Annually, the Centre records 150,000 cases of medical consul-
tations and treatment, conducts hundred thousands of laboratory
sample tests, digestive endoscopy, X-rays, CT-scanner, MRI, and
mammography with the team of experienced doctors and speciali-
sts, and state-of-the-art equipment.

The Training Center employs a team of highly qualified trainers and instructors who are at the same time managers, directors of
different companies, technology savvy and ready to facilitate the training with most up-to-date training equipment and procedures.
