Trello has sample boards and Activities so
you would have an idea how it looks like

To Create A new Board
Click the “+” Sign of the Right Upper Conner
of the Screen

so I would like to choose an Personal Organization

How to Rename boards

CLICK BOARD NAME

CLICK RENAME

To add list

Click To add list

Type List

There you have your first list

You can have another list if wish to

Click Add a card

TYPE THE NAME OF THE CARD

ADD

They you have it your 1st Card
Lets go inside the card

CLICK THE NAME OF YOUR CARD-
In my example it’s the “first meet
up”

This is how it looks like

Click Edit the description

Write your description

Click Save

This is how it looks likes

You can add your activity in the box

WRITE ACTIVITY

COMMENT

ADD CHECKLIST CLICK CHECK LIST

WRITE YOUR CHECLIST NAME

Write your checklist name

It will look like this

You can delete the check list you
made by clicking the delete button

Delete Checklist

From the check list you could add an
Item

From the check list Click Add

In the board you see that you have
one comment

In the board you see that you have
one comment and one checklist to be
done

You can create another item to the
check list if you want to

Write your Item

Click Add

You could also make
due date for the your
item list click due date

You can click
the date of
the time or
may even
change or
remove it

In my
example I
made it due
date June 15,
2015 Then I
click SAVE

There you have it

You could now see my due date
when you navigate to the board

You could also re arrange the
sequence of the checklist if you wish
to

Click +hold +drag the list you want to
re arrange

You could also add as many cards as
you want

DELETE LIST

Click share and more

Click Delete

ADD TITLE

You can choice the organization to
None

CREATE A BOARD

WRITE YOUR TITLE

In my case I wrote “sample board for
your tutorial”

The board automatically set as
private

Private Means you cannot share the
boards to anyone else.

If you want to change it click the
word “change”

If this is your first
time to make a
board and you
haven’t made any
organization, the
organization option
would be on gray
scale.

CLICK
CREATE

JUST CLICK THE
DROPDOWN
CHOICES

CLICK YOUR
CHOICE.

TO create organization

Select the Personal
Organization

Type your
name

If your done
Click Create

This is your first Organization

You can create new Org board
under your organization

FOR EXAMPLE , I
“CHOOSE DATE
WITH FREEDOM
SEMINAR
OPTION”

You can

the
“change”

Now you can
choose the
organization
option

TO ADD MEMBER IN YOUR
CARD

CLICK ADD TO MEMBERS

TYPE THE NAME OF THE MEMBER
YOU WISH TO ADD ON YOU CARD

CLICK THE NOTIFICATION

YOU WILL SEE THE
NOTIFICATION

AT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE
SAMPLE CARD

CLICK THE MEMBERS

CLICK THE MEMBER YOU WANT
TO ADD

THEN THE MEMBER WOULD
SHOWS BELOW

THEN YOU WOULD SEE THE
NOTIFICATION
