This is an introduction to colour, tints and tones and silhouettes for my grade 6 art class.

an analogous colour scheme?

12. You will be
creating your
own modern
window following
an analogous
scheme.

13. But..you will also add a
silhouette or photo
using black paper or
paint.

14. Now it is your turn.
• Step 1: You will need to plan
your window shape an easy
way to do this is to fold a
paper in half and cut it.
• Step 2: Create 3 concepts
with different geometric
designs and colour shemes.
• Step 3: On A4 paper create a
practise final using
watercolour pencils.
